BC101 offers an optional Tradeline Fit Analyzer tool that allows you to upload a copy of your credit report for analysis. If you choose to use this tool, your uploaded file is transmitted directly to OpenAI, L.L.C. (“OpenAI”), a third-party artificial intelligence provider, for processing.
The following terms apply to credit report uploads:
- Purpose: Your file is sent to OpenAI solely to extract credit data (account types, balances, payment history, and credit scores) necessary to generate your fit analysis. It is not used for any other purpose.
- Immediate deletion: BC101 instructs OpenAI to delete your file immediately after processing is complete. We do not retain a copy of your uploaded file on our own servers after the analysis is generated.
- No sale of data: BC101 does not sell, license, or share your credit report data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
- OpenAI data practices: OpenAI may retain uploaded files for a limited period for abuse-monitoring purposes in accordance with its own data retention policies. We encourage you to review OpenAI’s Privacy Policy at openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.
